Where I work

Three counties.
One coastline.

From the yacht basins of Fort Lauderdale down through Miami-Dade and up the barrier islands to Palm Beach — the neighborhoods I know the way you'd know your own block.

Four homes that prove South Florida is still within reach — a single-family in Pembroke Pines and three Fort Lauderdale condos with the light, water and walkability that make this coast worth it.

The designer's advantage

I've spent
twenty-five years
inside houses.

Before I sold real estate, I designed it: residential, commercial, hospitality. Since 2000. That means I don't just walk a listing, I read it. What the layout will and won't do. What a renovation actually costs. Which walls carry the whole house and which ones can go.

My style: contemporary-luxe and mid-century charismatic. Warm materials, disciplined lines, art woven into the architecture. Buyers get an honest read on a property's ceiling. Sellers get a home staged and photographed to sell to the people who'd love it.

The South Florida homes I love most share a language: light that moves through the day, ceilings that feel like they can breathe, picture windows that pull the outside in, indoor-outdoor living that makes the pool deck feel like the next room, and the quiet shimmer of water reflected across walls and floors.

"What do you love? What do you collect? How do you live? The design — and the home — follows from there."
